Arrested Development

Turn in your nerd badges boys. Here we are nearly a week from the sensational finale episodes and nary a comment as to all of the great moments, the brilliant writing, and the hundreds of tie ins. I literally spent all morning tracing the plot threads. Here's what gets me how many of the endings had they had planned since day one and how many were just brilliantly concieved at the last moment.

I know they laid the ground work for Annyong's revenge about 10 episodes ago.

Or how about George Sr. giving the business to Lucille in the first episode to escape, since she was running the show all along.

Favorite line of the moment. Honor Marathon

Valentines Day

I just wanted to ask how everyones Valentine's Day was, so um How was it? This was the first Valentine's Day I actually had a steady girlfriend for and despite the fact that shit costs money, I must admit it was a nice time. We started with appetizers and wine at my place, and then went out to dinner, followed by a romantic viewing of Drawn Together. When I asked my mom about her Valentine's Day she told me it was the best sex she had in awhile. Wait, that was gross, and not true, my bad, but anyways, apparently while she went to go get a card for my father yesterday she noticed a man frantically seeking a card, and upon closer inspection, realized this man was actually my dad, her husband, so they had a good laugh about that. (Thats right most fucking commas ever). Well I have to go because apparently my cousin is here interviewing so I am gonna go find him, as a side note he got accepted to Etown, so there could be even more Strulson related blood at that school, along with all my ilegitemate children. Well Peace out, Etown down!

This weekend

Hi! This is Kate. This is my first blog post and I'm a little nervous. I mean, I don't even have a facebook thing and here I am "posting" my thoughts in this place where anyone can see them! I mean, I don't know if I should first ruminate about the status of my life as compared to a Gilmore Girls episode or to contrast my day of productivity against a day in the life of John Henry. Really, I will just ask - how many people are staying with us this weekend? If you are you should bring your own pillow unless you want a rolled-up sweatshirt. You may also want to bring a small blanket, although we will be able to provide covering for some. Also, we will have an assortment of breakfast type food, but please let me know if there is something else I should stock up on or if anyone became a vegitarian. In other news, I have recently held a monkey. The end.

Back to Work

Well, today promises to be a boring one, so I'm going to see if I can attract some attention to the blog to get me through it.

Let's play 173 -- first word:

hobo

173 hobos walk into a bar, crawl up into the booth and fall asleep.

Ok, no applause. Anyone else?
