Take a Chance

So you'll remember that I got my one act play "Take a Chance" accepted for publication a while back...well, today the first sample arrived in the mail for me to proofread! It feels cool actually holding something in my hand that is going to get published, although now when I read it, I like it a lot less than I did two years ago when it was first written. I guess that's the artist's curse...writers hate their words, painters hate their art, Strulson hates the girls he hooked up with years ago...Fleming hates his characters in Dungeons and Dragons...

Comments:
That's great, chris! Is this like a bound version and everything?

Yeah, it pretty much looks like a version like we'd pull off the shelves in the theater office, but with maybe a little less production value. I'm guessing it's what the actual thing will look like come fall.

congrats chris! now just sit back and wait for all those royalties to roll in...

Of course I hate them! They always fail their saving throws against a dragon's breath attack!

It must be awesome to have it in print. Extremely exciting stuff!
