Share a Joke Day

So let's share jokes that we've heard / read recently.

Wall Street insiders are abuzz with the rumor about an impending joint venture between Wurlitzer and Xerox. They could team up to produce a reproductive organ.

Comments:
One of my students slammed the opening of the NMR the other day, and so I replied with a "SHHHH.....there's molecules in there trying to relax."
ok I am sure you guys dont get it but it has been approved by at least 2 other chemists as funny

another good joke was the flyers game last night

Probably the best one I've read recently (by far) ...

Mostly I felt like a famous white house intern -- going to the white house for an hour just to get wet.

I laughed and laughed like a silly schoolgirl...gone wild.

And strulson, I didn't understand a word of your joke ... but I don't hate it.

hey, that's my joke!

(i'm famous)

It's not really a joke, but I read a funny thing online, and I got a chuckle out of internet speak:

I love that bit at the end when he sees the statue of liberty in the water. it's like, lol, pwned by primates. GG.

Ok, only I find that funny. Well...

In rehearsal the other day, we were doing a sketch with a defense lawyer calling "Mr Bones," a skeleton in a wheelchair.

Now Mr Bones cannot speak, but everyone is to react as if he is giving testimony. The defense lawyer (a hilarious kid) starts ad libbing. He yells at Mr Bones, "Quit laughing!"

So I chime in: "Mr Bones, do you find this humerous? Because I think I found yours..." and pretend to hold up a bone.

Ok, anthro jokes are just as bad as chemical jokes.
